We're looking for a visionary Behavioral Health Supervisor to help us elevate our services and empower our team.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a key leader in our behavioral health department, you'll blend clinical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure our clients receive exceptional care. Your role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision and support to LPCs, LCSWs, in-training clinicians, and interns. </li><li>Operational Oversight: Manage workflows, staff schedules, and departmental efficiency. </li><li>Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor new staff; lead monthly enrichment sessions. </li><li>Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to NEWCC policies, HRSA, DHS 75/35, and other regulatory standards. </li><li>School-Based Mental Health: Support administrative functions and reporting for SBMH programs. </li><li>Quality Improvement: Drive QI/QA initiatives and participate in peer reviews and committee work. </li><li>Communication & Culture: Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>A collaborative leader with clinical credentials and a heart for community care.
