As a member of this team, you will play a role in the entire design process including, but not limited to, preliminary assessments, concept creation, design, site inspection, problem resolution, and drawing and specification production. Come be a part of a vibrant, dynamic team that delivers world class designs for well-known clients around the world, while living in a small community with a family atmosphere.</p> <p>We are looking for a BIM Technician with Revit software experience to support our NY/NJ Water team in the delivery of water, wastewater, conveyance, and stormwater projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing 3D models using appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals often working closely with engineers. Performing standard work methods are followed for preparing engineering drawings under general supervision. You'll interface with internal and external contacts and will coordinate with multiple project design disciplines for interference checking and quality control. Role involves working in-person full-time at project sites in New York City and Westchester County.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent </li><li>Min 2 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D </li><li>Preferably possess a recognized certificate, diploma or above preferably in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, Surveying or equivalent </li><li>Solid experience in 3D modelling software application (Civil 3D and/or Revit), BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience has preference. </li><li>Civil 3D modelling on site formation, road alignment and drainage piping works </li><li>Provide support to BIM manager, BIM coordinator and designer in BIM implementation on projects. </li><li>Familiar with CIC and CEDD BIM modelling standard </li><li>Good command of spoken and written Engish </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>70,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>115,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
