<p>Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team!</p> <p>The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the key liaison for our patients and ensures a seamless and welcoming experience. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships.
