We are looking for a dedicated Associate Clinical Specialist WFH like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>The Associate Clinical Information Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Cross Reference/Categorization Team and the Manager of Data Services within Business Solutions. This position is responsible for identifying and managing item categorization and cross-references to drive quality improvements and deliver cost-saving opportunities for customers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform cross-reference and categorization of clinical products to support service line projects. </li><li>Collaborate with the Clinical Information Analyst and other team members to ensure accurate data management. </li><li>Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to maintain timelines. </li><li>Identify incorrectly referenced items and proactively address gaps in cross-reference and categorization data. </li><li>Collect, format, and upload new and existing cross-reference items from multiple internal and external sources. </li><li>Validate cross-reference data by reviewing relevance within the cross-reference queue. </li><li>Participate in discussions to enhance and maintain reference data accuracy. </li><li>Communicate professionally with vendors to obtain equivalencies for items lacking cross-references. </li><li>Manage the cross-reference/categorization inbox, ensuring timely responses and engaging subject matter experts as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a Health Science-related field or equivalent experience. </li><li>Data management experience, preferably in healthcare. </li><li>Clinical education and/or experience required. </li><li>Experience in data querying and reporting is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx. </li></ul> <p>In todays challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
