<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician</p> <p>Location: Saint Louis, MO</p> <p>Department: Recovery Services</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-time</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Behavioral Health Technician I position is responsible for providing direct and supportive care to clients/patients. This includes monitoring daily activities, intervening/responding to crises, facilitating group education and structured activities, and transporting clients as needed. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for understanding the client's/patient's treatment plan, documenting their behaviors, and providing a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Participation: Participate as an integral member of the treatment team, assisting in identifying client strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
