We're looking for someone like you who can:</p> <ul> <li>serve as the primary point of contact for UBS WWS corporate clients' financial reporting team </li><li>resolve complex issues with: Stock Compensation Expense, Disclosures, Diluted EPS, Deferred Tax Asset, Share Balance, and Proxy reporting </li><li>quickly and accurately address client questions while providing excellent client service </li><li>provide clients with support during month/quarter/year end reporting cycles </li><li>assist migrating and reconciling clients from the legacy Financial Online system to Plan Admin Pro </li><li>identify ways to build relationships and drive client loyalty by suggesting best practices and solutions </li><li>ensure clients are aware of new reports and functionality on the Plan Admin Pro </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $120000 to $160000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Because together, we're more than ourselves.</p> <p>We're committed to disability inclusion and if you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.</p> <p>Your expertise</p> <ul> <li>ideally, 5+ years of equity compensation or accounting experience </li><li>Bachelors or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or math </li><li>familiarity with accounting rules for share-based compensation under ASC 718 </li><li>understanding of equity plan compensation and the wealth management industry as well as the ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders </li><li>project management experience, with the ability to work on multiple short-term projects concurrently </li><li>expertise and experience in theoretical accounting subjects as well as extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow through </li><li>prior experience desired in the following areas: database management; product development; and equity plan recordkeeping software </li><li>Certified Equity Professional (CEP) desired </li><li>proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as with Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive </li><li>able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus as well as able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility </li><li>ability to manage team priorities and a large workload in a fast-paced environment while being an excellent problem solver and collaborating well with other people and teams </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
