<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Sales Analyst and Support role is a hybrid position focused on delivering actionable insights through data analysis while also providing essential administrative support to the Sales team. This individual will play a key role in managing sales data, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring operational efficiency across sales and customer service functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Sales Analysis & Data Management (~60-70%)</p> <ul> <li>Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reporting and analysis. </li><li>Assist in preparing Weekly Revenue Reports and serve as backup for the Sales Analyst in generating Monday Revenue Reports. </li><li>Support annual Sales budgeting and forecasting processes. </li><li>Track and monitor key selling expenses </li><li>Maintain and update customer-specific programs, terms, and signed agreements. </li><li>Manage Annual Growth Rebate tracking and execution. </li><li>Oversee EDI sales data management and ensure data integrity. </li><li>Generate and distribute weekly POS reports from Coop Digity/AgData to sales representatives. </li><li>Conduct annual audits of product listings on Coop Digity to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Team Support (~30-40%)</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding customer account setup and inquiries. </li><li>Monitor and respond to new customer inquiry emails. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees. </li><li>Provide logistical support for office events, including catering arrangements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. </li><li>2+ years of experience in sales analysis, data management, or administrative support. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools. </li><li>Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and EDI processes is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to translate data into insights and provide the "so what?" </li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. </li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proactive and collaborative mindset. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Office-based role with regular cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and initiative. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographical location, and other organizational needs.</p> <p>The estimated pay range for this role is $50,871 Min to $76,307 Max per year.</p> <p>Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus incentive program associated with this specific role.</p>
