We are looking for a talented Operations Sr Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with peers and leaders across the Insurance Operations division to develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports. You will manage the underlying data layer, mine data to fulfill new information requests, and conduct data analysis to ensure data quality and validity. Your value-added analytics and reporting solutions will be shared with leaders across Insurance Operations to support decision-making and strengthen internal controls.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create Business Intelligence reports containing complex features including cross tabs, prompts, drill-downs, sub-queries, and conditional formatting.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Business Objects universe changes, using the semantic layer to manipulate tables, create joins, alias tables, and contexts.</p> </li><li> <p>Write efficient structured query language (SQL) queries.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with operational business owners to obtain a solid understanding of business processes to apply in analyzing requirements for building dashboards and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Research, capture and validate new data or metrics to help business owners understand results of ad hoc requests and process improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and lead monthly meetings with operational leaders on recent and upcoming deliverables.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems or IT) or related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience required</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of reporting experience or IT experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in writing and reading structured query language (SQL), data mining, and data analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Business Objects and Power BI reporting tools, using the semantic layer to manipulate tables, create joins, alias tables, and contexts.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior Business Objects WebI reporting and universe experience and/or Tableau preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence tools</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy and partnering skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Drive.
