<p>Assists Program Manger with the overall management of the program, 24 hours per</p> <p>Day and ensures maintenance of the therapeutic milieu via staff management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee MHT's and HT staff </li><li>Develop and Maintain residential staff schedules </li><li>Ensures that applicable staff complete annual mandatory in-services and receive annual physical and TB skin test when due. </li><li>Assists in staff recruitment and retention strategies. </li><li>Ensures integration of MHT process and daily living activities in implementation of care/treatment plan. </li><li>Interprets and ensures implementation of behavior management policies and procedures, e.g., points, rewards, level system, etc. </li><li>Ensures preservation of residents' rights with respect to group living. </li><li>Takes Call </li><li>Responsible for hiring of MHT and HT positions </li><li>Monitor attendance and call ins of staff </li><li>Respond to staff leave requests. </li><li>Oversees program schedule. </li><li>Oversee new employee orientation of core and pool MHTs </li><li>Completes time sheets. </li><li>Develops and maintains an updated orientation curriculum for new hires </li><li>In conjunction with team leader, completes annual and probationary evaluations for staff supervised. </li><li>Facilitate joint AC/CC direct care meetings. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <p>Bachelors degree in specialized area supervised or related field</p> <p>Three years progressively more responsible supervisory</p>
