Benefits</p> <p>Paid sick time</p> <p>Vacation time - 15 days for year-round employees</p> <p>Holiday pay or Non-Contract days</p> <p>Group Life Insurance</p> <p>Savings plans - American Fidelity</p> <p>Employee Assistance Program - Anthem EAP</p> <p>Public Service Loan Forgiveness - Public Service Loan Forgiveness</p> <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist will ensure operational maintenance & custodial needs of facilities and equipment and manage the receipt and delivery of mail, equipment and supplies.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Six (6) months experience in maintenance procedures and responsibilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a variety of custodial and maintenance equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy amounts of weight.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to comply with all health, safety and sanitation regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Ohio driver's license with good driving record and demonstrate insurability for vehicle operation under the current Fleet Insurance Plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage time effectively to meet the goal of the position.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness/ability to work as a team member.</p> </li><li> <p>Good organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>History of good job attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass criminal background check, and be free from communicable diseases.</p> </li></ul> <p>For the full job description, click here.</p> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board.
