As a member of our Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those in our facilities who are delivering direct patient care-helping us achieve our mission of Making Communities Healthier.</p> <p>How You'll Contribute</p> <p>The Division Director, LBS Finance is responsible for maintaining a controlled and compliant month-end close process, completeness of close checklists, and post-close activities for the division. The Director also manages the Division Site Liaison Team in alignment with service level expectations and tracks individual and team performance. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring completeness of general ledger month-end close process for all sites, divisions, and business lines </li><li>Managing a site liaison team that serves all lines of business within the division </li><li>Leading select continuous improvement and standardization initiatives </li><li>Partnering with division leadership to assess and improve services </li><li>Handling general ledger close processes for entities of varying complexity </li><li>Conducting P&L and balance sheet analysis, including revenue recognition and project accounting </li><li>Supporting division-level analysis, reporting, and participation in operational reviews </li><li>Overseeing joint venture accounting, reporting, and distributions </li><li>Collaborating with Technical Accounting and operations to address complex issues </li><li>Supporting annual budget processes and budget directive organization </li><li>Recommending policies and programs that maximize economic benefits </li><li>Managing complex close-related issues </li><li>Coordinating monthly projection processes and explaining projection variances </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>We believe investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
