<p>$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE for qualified applicants</p> <p>Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Nursing Home Department</p> <p>Job Type: full-time, Day Shift</p> <p>As supervised and delegated by the unit manager, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.</p> <p>Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Under the direction of an RN, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication.
