A successful candidate will be passionate about food & beverage service and bring their enthusiasm with them to work each and every day!</p> <p>Summary -</p> <p>Prepares, serves, and sells food/beverages to visitors while maintaining cleanliness and customer service standards. Ensures safe dining experience and supports parks operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities -</p> <ul> <li>Customer service and sales - Stock and sell food and beverage, cash handling, cash register operation, assist customers. </li><li>Location maintenance/cleaning - Maintain proper cleanliness of all areas of your food and beverage operation (office, clubhouse/beer garden, service areas, bathrooms). </li><li>Food and beverage operation knowledge - Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, proper food preparation, and safe alcohol service. </li><li>Administration duties - Complete daily safe and deposit logs, register deposits and deposit slips, and register closeout. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements -</p> <ul> <li>Current resident of Wisconsin. </li><li>16 years old at the time of application. </li></ul> <p>Preferred -</p> <ul> <li>Food and Beverage experience preferred </li><li>Cash handling experience preferred </li></ul> <p>NOTE: This original application is open to permanent residents of the state of Wisconsin at the time of application.
