This role provides initial and ongoing training, consultation, and coordination of emergency responses for more than 20 housing conduct administrators, while also designing training curriculum for Resident Mentors and monitoring behavioral trends within residential communities. Operating with general supervision, the coordinator exercises independent judgment and decision-making authority in the student conduct process, with recommendations that are routinely implemented. The position reports to the Director of Student Conduct and works closely with the Director of Residence Life.</p> <p>Primary Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Adjudicate reports of alleged student misconduct and academic dishonesty.
