<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: L2/3 Batch Support</p> <p>Duration: 18 Months</p> <p>Location: JC or Pennington</p> <p>Required Pay Scale: $60-$65/hour</p> <p>This role is for a seasoned technologist with a demonstrated track record in application production support of financial applications in a global environment. This role will cover batch, business, incident, and problem. Also required is a strong foundation in operational excellence with a track record driving improvements like automation process improvements.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>1.Support Batch and business queries for Global Markets Risk.</p> <p>2.Manage user query mailbox effectively, understand the scope of team's work and ensure timely and appropriate response is provided for all user queries.</p> <p>3.Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, ITRS, etc. for both making updates and producing reports.</p> <p>4.Incident management - provide timely and accurate user notifications as well as management escalations when needed.</p> <p>5.Documentation and knowledge management</p> <p>6.Follow up and coordinate resolutions with various development teams.</p> <p>7.Assist with metrics reporting.</p> <p>8.Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork.</p> <p>9.Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution.</p> <p>10.Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items, Manage alerts and monitoring.</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ol> <li> <p>5+ years of Production Support experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong SQL Knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.</p> </li></ol> <p>4.Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.</p> <p>5.Working knowledge of ITIL.</p> <p>6.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
