<p>We are looking for</p> <p>AI Security Lead to establish and lead the department at our Haifa site, part of the Global Operations Division</p> <p>If you live and breathe AI, data, and cybersecurity - come lead a fascinating field that shapes the way we protect critical information and systems worldwide</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead the definition and implementation of AI-based cybersecurity strategy</p> <p>Drive integration of machine learning technologies into information security systems</p> <p>Define data collection and processing methods to detect security incidents early</p> <p>Establish organizational capabilities for AI-driven analysis, prediction, and response</p> <p>Evaluate and adopt commercial AI technologies that enhance system resilience</p> <p>Collaborate with R&D, IT, and operation teams to embed advanced AI security practices</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline</p> <p>8+ years of experience leading professional teams or technological domains in cybersecurity or AI</p> <p>Extensive familiarity with cybersecurity architectures, data analytics, and cloud environments</p> <p>Hands-on experience working with AI engines or algorithmic modeling - advantage</p> <p>Ability to analyze complex data and build actionable insights</p> <p>Excellent communication skills in English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
