Our dedicated and tenured analyst, sales, and trading teams provide comprehensive, award winning research coverage and client service of over 700 stocks, including long standing partnerships with corporate management teams and institutional money managers.</p> <p>As a Milwaukee based Business Analyst Assistant for Institutional Equities, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop an extensive understanding of client data and resources to utilize across the department</p> </li><li> <p>Gather and analyze data to drive business opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Influence collaborators to support business projects</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Excel, PowerBI and SQL to create and maintain reports for leadership, including visuals to present information efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately complete monthly reporting for client resource usage.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive data integrity of CRM system. SIE, Series 7 and 63 are a plus within first few years.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interest in data manipulation and problem solving</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask - is consistent, dependable and accurate. Ability to prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional communication skills - ability to effectively exchange ideas and information or influence others with a high level of professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be detail oriented and recognize errors in numbers, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Must demonstrate good follow-through skills to ensure a successful end result.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong team player mentality- willing to pitch in and help other team members and leaders as necessary. Flexible and highly adaptable.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to tolerate peak workloads and maintain flexibility and composure in a high volume, high-intensity environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent PC skills -Advanced knowledge of Excel.
