Driven Brands has approximately 4,800 locations across the United States and 13 other countries, and services tens of millions of vehicles annually.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Duties & Resp:</p> <ul> <li>Reviews and analyzes accounts receivable aging reports. </li><li>Ensures claims and invoices are accuratly flowing to AR subledger through monitoring of reports and reviewing accounts in systems. </li><li>Research and address unapplied and unallocated receipts to ensure accurate clearing of invoices. </li><li>Provides customer account support regarding AR billing inquiries and other account questions. </li><li>Communicate with customers to resolve payment delinquiences and collection issues </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to address outstanding collection issues and account disputes. </li><li>Achieve established performance goals and metrics of department </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must be Bilingual in French and English </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks. </li><li>Keen attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. </li><li>Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials preferred. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred. </li><li>Experience: 2-3 years of experience in AR cash application role </li></ul> <p>#LI-GL1</p> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p>
