The scope of this role is to support all Solina North America operations. This position is a fully in-office position.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Works with facility department leads to fully understand supply and service needs and requirements. </li><li>Develops standard specifications to meet the requirements for departments and business. </li><li>Create approved vendor list for facility personnel to use. Keep vendor list updated. </li><li>Develops and administers RFIs and RFPs (as appropriate), analyzes responses, evaluates vendor capabilities, and evaluates vendor relationships (as applicable to procurement) </li><li>Works with Procurement to contract vendor materials and services. </li><li>Places purchase orders for non-stock materials. </li><li>Coordinates with the facilities to define procedures for procuring goods and services. </li><li>Analyzes non-stock inventory usages and works with facility management to ensure the proper inventory levels are set. </li><li>Works closely with European colleagues to educate, influence, lead, and support indirect material sourcing initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills, Education, Experience</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills required. </li><li>7+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Proven ability to build processes and procedures from the ground up. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing industry, particularly food manufacturing, preferred. </li><li>Advanced mathematical skills; specifically good skills in evaluating pricing/value. </li><li>Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. </li></ul> <p>The compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually.</p> <p>We are open to talents of all backgrounds.
