<p>Job Purpose</p> <p>Track shipments, manage inventory, communicate with suppliers/carriers, and prepare shipping documents to ensure the timely and regulatory-compliant movement of products.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage inbound/outbound deliveries, and research if product has been received as promised </li><li>Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs </li><li>Support a variety of logistical functions, including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching </li><li>Provide office duties as needed </li><li>Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products </li><li>ERP System: Perform daily transactions and reconciliations; manage discrepancies, working with production to coordinate data integrity; follow up on orders, correct errors and prevent recurrence </li><li>Monitor the front door, office phone systems, gates, and mail services </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1-3 years of logistics/supply chain support or related experience </li><li>Understanding of the supply chain process </li><li>Experience with ERP systems and transactions </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues </li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other computer applications preferred </li><li>Excellent communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively </li><li>Ability to complete short- and long-term projects, multitask, and prioritize </li></ul> <p>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington and New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $23.75 to $25.00 per hour. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
