<p>Job Purpose</p> <p>Track shipments, manage inventory, communicate with suppliers/carriers, and prepare shipping documents to ensure the timely and regulatory-compliant movement of products.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage inbound/outbound deliveries, and research if product has been received as promised </li><li>Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs </li><li>Support a variety of logistical functions, including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching </li><li>Provide office duties as needed </li><li>Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products </li><li>ERP System: Perform daily transactions and reconciliations; manage discrepancies, working with production to coordinate data integrity; follow up on orders, correct errors and prevent recurrence </li><li>Monitor the front door, office phone systems, gates, and mail services </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1-3 years of logistics/supply chain support or related experience </li><li>Understanding of the supply chain process </li><li>Experience with ERP systems and transactions </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues </li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other computer applications preferred </li><li>Excellent communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively </li><li>Ability to complete short- and long-term projects, multitask, and prioritize </li></ul> <p>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington and New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $23.75 to $25.00 per hour.
