<p>Executive Director - Senior Living</p> <p>Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for our next Executive Director in the Omaha area.</p> <p>This position is responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, and administer all services in accordance with state, federal and local regulations. Written policy, procedures, and workflow must reflect current practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>What do I need to be considered?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requires at least five years senior leadership or management experience in a CCRC, diverse senior living community or a multi faced larger hotel, new community start up experience a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred. Master's preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Active Nebraska AL license.</p> </li></ul>
