This position involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and administering treatments in accordance with established medical protocols. The RN will serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that individuals receive compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential to develop and implement effective care plans that promote healing and long-term recovery.
