Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for application-related challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client (and may require up to 5 days per week in 2026 on client discretion) in Plano, TX; Pennington NJ; Charlotte, NC; New York City or Jersey City, NJ.</p> <p>NOTE: Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>AI Agents experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
