<p>Discover your exciting role</p> <p>The Project Assistant - TFS will support the construction project management team and be a liaison between the Company and its clients.</p> <p>Explore your tasks and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintains correspondence files for the project management office </li><li>Prepares management level reports, KPIs for the project </li><li>Attends management meetings as required; records and distributes minutes </li><li>Maintains project Client Project Portal </li><li>Guides team on project processes/templates </li><li>Participates in the Specification Process and owns the Project Master Spec Library </li><li>Schedules and plans group meetings </li><li>Coordinates with the local Office Coordinator for VIP visits to the project site. Schedules executive conference rooms, maintains conference room equipment if on a jobsite, provides materials and supplies, and arranges for catering </li><li>Performs word processing and prepares presentations, spreadsheets correspondence, contracts, internal memos, expense and status reports, etc. </li><li>Updates and maintains various presentations: All-Hands presentations and Project Notification </li><li>Coordinates local housing or long term hotel stays for employees temporarily assigned to a project </li><li>Oversees maintenance and record keeping for company owned vehicles assigned to a project </li><li>Welcomes new team members to the project and helps orient them with their discipline mentor </li><li>Mentors Project Coordinators and Document Control Specialists </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Show your expertise</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience </li><li>Experience in Construction, Engineering or related field required </li><li>Must have experience coordinating consultants on multiple systems integration </li><li>Must have a good understanding of program/construction management project filing systems and procedures </li></ul> <p>About Total Facility Solutions</p> <p>As a wholly owned subsidiary of Exyte Group, Total Facility Solutions (TFS) provides solutions that are designed to deliver mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems to all markets.
