Conducts training of employees on a daily basis and offers assistance to the management team to create advancement for team members.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Observe all safety regulations applicable to the environment in which they are conducting training. Encourage safe behaviors. </li><li>Capable of creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly, encouraging and motivating trainees. </li><li>Implement training requirements. </li><li>Communicate effectively through hands on training, verbal training, and presentations. Document results when required. </li><li>Evaluate learning outcomes and report feedback to the Training Coordinator to assist in building a development plan. </li><li>Must have ability to self-motivate and work without direction. </li><li>Maintain familiarity with various training techniques, use of company LMS, and proper procedures. Navigate company database systems. </li><li>Maintain significant knowledge of how to run machinery and be able to conduct training for a variety of positions. May advance or refresh skills through the running of machines if necessary. </li><li>Participate in Onboarding and retention process. </li><li>Participate in employee evaluations and IDP's. </li><li>Uses skill to promote good cultural influences and longevity in work force. Adds support to leadership. </li><li>Complete all internal certifications for jobs in which they are expected to train. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS STATEMENT</p> <p>To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent </li><li>Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations in a courteous and effective manner. </li><li>At least two (2) years' experience in manufacturing including CNC experience, or other forms of fabrication. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs unassisted), and use dexterity in hands on tasks. </li></ul> <p>The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
