<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Englewood, CO Link - Englewood, CO</p> <p>Salary Range: $16.50 Hourly</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Kett Engineering is accepting applications and pre-qualifying candidates to be test drivers on 1st Shift. The Ideal candidate will be up-to-date on the workings of the in-cab technology that comes in new vehicles. This program is working with our customer in an automotive testing / research and development program in Englewood, CO. This is a perfect position for college students and retirees!!</p> <p>We are seeking reliable, technically savvy people with a general knowledge of how automobiles work and who love to drive.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Test Driver follows the direction of Lead Driver and/or Project Coordinator, performs various driving services on vehicles per shift according to customers specifications. and represents Kett in a professional manner.</p> <p>Pay is $16.50 per hour.</p> <p>This job runs Monday through Friday. The shift times are:</p> <p>1st shift: 4:00 am - 12:30/2:30 pm</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate ability to drive all schedules certified on, with complete schedule integrity and does so on a consistent basis </li><li>Prepare accurate driver reports and other records on a daily basis, document observations in a clear and concise manner </li><li>Perform related driving/vehicle prep work as assigned. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to a positive work environment and promote overall team effort. </li><li>Focus on meeting and exceeding Kett and customer expectations. </li><li>Responsibilities involve a definite degree of skill, accuracy and cooperation. </li><li>Possess a thorough understanding of Kett and customer policies and procedures and Kett's Vision and Values. </li><li>Ability to complete concise and accurate documentation. </li><li>Promote safety awareness and assure compliance with all safety practices. </li><li>Communication skills, verbal and written, are a priority. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.</p> <p>Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must have at 5 years of licensed driving experience and possess a current operator's license. Must have a clean driving record with no points, moving violations or at-fault accidents. No DUI within the last 10 years. </li><li>Must be able to drive in inclement weather. </li><li>Must be able to drive in the mountains. </li><li>Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p>
