<p>Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support our Accounting team by processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy across all AP functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping financial operations running smoothly, this role is an excellent fit.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Process stock invoices in alignment with vendor terms, conditions, and payment programs.</p> <p>Validate invoices against receiving reports to ensure accuracy.</p> <p>Partner with warehouse teams to troubleshoot and resolve receiving discrepancies.</p> <p>Research and resolve pricing discrepancies in partnership with the Purchasing team.</p> <p>Process vendor drop-ship invoices in a timely and accurate manner.</p> <p>Collect, post, and prepare credit memos as needed.</p> <p>Maintain strong vendor relationships through phone, email, and instant messaging.</p> <p>Review and reconcile vendor statements.</p> <p>Perform various account reconciliations.</p> <p>Work cross-functionally to support smooth financial operations.</p> <p>Assist with month-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.</p> <p>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</p> <p>Proficiency in Google Suite.</p> <p>Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.</p> <p>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</p> <p>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</p> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</p> <p>Advanced knowledge of AP procedures and comfort handling high-volume transactions.</p> <p>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</p> <p>There at Every Turn: Our Benefits We believe in empowering our employees through career growth opportunities, ongoing learning, and a strong culture of support.
