<p>Bellingham Marine Industries is seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Finisher to join our Casting team. This position is responsible for applying high-quality picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete products while ensuring durability and visual appeal. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Apply picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete elements according to project specifications. </li><li>Utilize tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, and edging tools to achieve the desired finish. </li><li>Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and quality control. </li><li>Assist in the pouring, leveling, and curing of precast concrete products. </li><li>Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals. </li><li>Be available for overtime as needed to complete projects on schedule. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and benefits package including bonus programs </li><li>Opportunities for growth, development and career advancement </li><li>A supportive work environment where your expertise, work ethic and leadership is valued </li><li>Employer 3% contribution to your 401k account.
