Our team serves as a true partner and advisor to all our business leaders; working with them to accelerate the company's profitability and growth.</p> <p>Prepare journal entries, analyze accounts, and oversee accounting processes in line with generally accepted accounting principles.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with other departments to create and maintain processes to properly account for respective areas on the balance sheet. Ensure sufficient controls are in place with respect to these areas. </li><li>Compile journal entries monthly and maintain a two-day close. </li><li>Analyze accounts monthly through balance sheet reconciliation process. </li><li>Support internal and external auditors on audit requests. </li></ul> <p>What you bring to the table:</p> <ul> <li>Highly motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. </li><li>Ability to work within a team and strong communication skills. </li></ul> <p>What's needed- Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred with a degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. </li><li>2+ years of relevant experience. </li></ul> <p>What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in improving accuracy and efficiency in accounting functions. </li><li>Knowledge of implementing various systemic/monitoring controls. </li><li>Ability to suggest and execute ways to make processes more streamlined. </li></ul> <p>#LI-LV1</p>
