<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>THIS POSITION IS REPOSTED - Previous applicants are still under consideration and do not need to reapply* </li></ul> <p>The person in this position will develop, administer, and evaluate the Instructional Leadership for Academy for Assistant Principals (ILA). Develop, administer, and evaluate the coaching and instructional leadership series Building Instructional Capacity (BIC). Serve in a coaching role to assigned Principal Induction Program (PIP) participants with a minimum of three on site coaching visits during the year. Provide assistance and support to all Office of School Leadership programs. Provide guidance and technical assistance concerning educational leadership and principal alternative certification to district and school administrators as requested. Serve on teams across divisional lines for educational projects to enhance the goals and objectives of public education.
