<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Beloit College seeks a motivated and dedicated Assistant Women's Basketball Coach to support all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program. This position works closely with the Head Coach to develop student-athletes both on and off the court, fostering excellence in athletics, academics, and personal growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and game preparation </li><li>Provide individual and team skill development instruction </li><li>Support recruiting efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and communicating with prospective student-athletes </li><li>Analyze game film and assist with scouting reports </li><li>Promote a positive team culture aligned with Beloit College values </li><li>Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional rules and regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous coaching or playing experience at the collegiate or high school level </li><li>Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategy </li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills </li><li>Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes </li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>How to Apply</p> <p>Application review will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
