<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Maintain control of and oversee all activities on the assigned table games at all times. Assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience for guests.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times. </li><li>Resolve issues, disputes and correct errors as needed. </li><li>Monitor game activity at all times. </li><li>Control gaming cards and equipment. </li><li>Use table, shoe and paddle correctly. </li><li>Ensure the winning bets are accurately and promptly paid and correct any Dealer errors as required. </li><li>Maintain TiPS certification. </li><li>Manage administration of table fills and credits, player ratings and rundowns. </li><li>Assist in monitoring staffing levels to maintain full coverage and budgetary compliance. </li><li>Analyze guest's play to monitor for cheating scams, card counters and unusual or suspicious variations in play. </li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures and team and guest information. </li><li>Participate in interviewing, hiring, developing, counseling and terminating department staff. </li><li>Administer disciplinary action as necessary. </li><li>Write and deliver thorough performance reviews for team members. </li><li>Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities. </li><li>Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. </li><li>Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. </li><li>Comply with all policies and procedures. </li><li>Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED is preferred. </li><li>Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in all games offered is required. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License. </li><li>Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. </li><li>Read, write and understand simple instructions in English. </li><li>Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members. </li><li>Good eye-hand coordination. </li><li>Able to add monies and chips in order to properly payout winning bets. </li><li>Knowledge of theft techniques. </li><li>Good guest service and communication skills. </li><li>Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures. </li></ul>
