Champion a high-performance culture that values entrepreneurship, inspires creativity, and celebrates passion, empowering teams to deliver breakthrough results and shape the future of fragrance.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute the regional Consumer Fragrance strategy, with a focus on expanding the client base and revenue in alternative categories </li><li>Define and review strategic actions, KPIs, and commercial results in collaboration with the Consumer Fragrance Sales team </li><li>Provide ongoing guidance, support, and resources to help the sales team achieve business targets </li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team through coaching and performance management </li><li>Lead and strengthen senior-level relationships with key clients, serving as a strategic partner and business advisor </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams including manufacturing, quality, and operations-to deliver client solutions within budget parameters </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>10+ years of solid industry experience including sales, marketing, and product experience. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Visionary leadership skills </li><li>Ability to gain consensus among various constituencies </li><li>Strong presentation, influencing, coaching, and leadership skills </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Normal office environment </li><li>Travel required, Regional </li></ul> <p>Become part of our open and transparent culture.
