<p>Role: Project Administrator - Data Center</p> <p>Job Location: New Albany, OH</p> <p>Website: www.blackbox.com</p> <p>Black Box is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a Large Data Center Project. The Project Admin for a construction office provides customer service and support to the project team, as well as other vendors and subcontractors.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Challenging, complex projects </li><li>Creative and innovative problem solving environment </li><li>Supportive team and managers who reward your success </li><li>Leads and facilitates with time tracking and management </li><li>Payroll & A/P processing </li><li>Labor tracking data entry </li><li>Assisting with Contract Management </li><li>Creates and maintains filing system containing confidential documents </li><li>Updates jobsite notices, hiring packets, and safety logs </li><li>Schedules meetings </li><li>Attends designated meetings, takes notes and communicates action items </li><li>Monitors office inventory </li><li>Ships materials </li><li>Be company's onsite resource for contact via email, phone, IM, other communication tools specified by Black Box or the client </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Degree preferred </li><li>2-3 years of experience in an office or construction trailer setting </li><li>Proficient with MS Office Programs and Google Docs </li><li>Great communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Experience with filing systems </li><li>Experience with data entry </li><li>Strong follow up skills </li><li>Customer focused and a team player </li><li>ServiceNow experience a plus </li><li>Self-motivated with a great attitude </li></ul> <p>#LI-AB1</p>
