By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that's why we want you!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>What will you work on?</p> <p>Reporting to the Program OCM Lead, the OCM Manager will develop and execute the plans for change management activities in collaboration with other members of the OCM team, assessing change readiness, managing business impacts and mitigation strategies as well as effectively communicating change.
