This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct high-impact, cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with overall program strategies and goals</p> </li><li> <p>Manage program-level planning, including cross-team dependencies, to enable timely and complete product delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Consolidate financial performance across projects and develop business cases for escalated financial risks or budget adjustments</p> </li><li> <p>Assign clear ownership of feature tasks and drive accountability and timely execution across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders and provide coaching to support successful project execution</p> </li><li> <p>Champion program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PgMP, PMP) and lead process improvements using project management tools to enhance delivery efficiency and impact</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Project or Program Management or relevant degree </li><li>Minimum of 5 years in a project, program, or delivery management role </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to establish trust and rapport with all levels of the organization </li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence other teams without direct authority </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with teams at all levels </li><li>Ability to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of the program and summarize underlining projects </li><li>Ability to translate and communicate a business partner's strategic opportunities into requirements for the technical teams </li><li>Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to share complex findings in an easy to understand presentation - Working knowledge of Program management principles, processes, and tools </li><li>Self-motivated, and able to efficiently align projects to common objectives of a program </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
