<p>Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in instrumentation and PLCs to lead small to mid-level Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) projects. This individual will play a crucial role in building and expanding the Controls Engineering and Instrumentation department across various industries.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design detailed plans using AutoCAD. </li><li>Specify process instrumentation to meet specific process requirements. </li><li>Develop loop diagrams and other instrument wiring drawings. </li><li>Create Electrical Control Schematics. </li><li>Develop and apply detailed instrument installation plans. </li><li>Design control panels, including associated field wiring and raceways. </li><li>Coordinate design activities with clients to ensure seamless project execution. </li><li>Review and check drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance. </li><li>Troubleshoot and program Allen-Bradley PLCs. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Instrumentation </li><li>PLC programming </li><li>Automation </li><li>Design </li><li>Instrumentation controls </li><li>I&C </li><li>Troubleshooting </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing detailed plans and schematics. </li><li>Expertise in troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley PLCs. </li><li>Significant experience in instrumentation, including specifying process instrumentation, developing loop diagrams, and creating instrument wiring drawings. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment spans various industries and involves new projects.
