Some specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant </li><li>Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business </li><li>Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary </li><li>Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development </li><li>Create and maintain Food Safety processes in all areas of the restaurant </li><li>Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for Food Quality, cleanliness, and service excellence </li><li>Handle machines, equipment and inventory with the utmost integrity and attention to detail </li><li>Faithful Stewardship of truck ordering, inventory, FIFO and distributor relationships </li><li>Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen and work environment </li><li>Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders </li><li>Ensure assembly of timely and excellent Catering Orders </li><li>Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines </li><li>Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership </li></ul> <p>What Are We Looking For?</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional Responsibility and displays ownership </li><li>Takes Initiative and Work Efficiently </li><li>Positive, enthusiastic attitude in even challenging scenarios </li><li>Passion for serving others </li><li>Strong ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully </li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Reliability and dependability </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed </li><li>Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus </li><li>Previous shift lead or manager experience is preferred, but not required </li></ul> <p>You can be part of a place where Good meets Gracious.
