<p>Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team as an Equipment Operator to move dirt and other materials on the job site at our project in Wheat Ridge, CO.</p> <p>Duties: Depending on the equipment</p> <ul> <li>Mass Excavation </li><li>Soil Placement and Compaction </li><li>Pipe Excavation </li><li>Fine Grading with GPS Dozer </li><li>Grading with Excavator </li><li>Loading trucks with loader </li><li>Off-loading trucks with loader </li><li>Loading and off-loading with Telehandler </li><li>Maintaining Equipment Maintenance inspections </li></ul> <p>Additional Certifications/Training:</p> <ul> <li>DOT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED </li><li>5+ years operating experience </li><li>Vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance experience </li><li>Skills to operate most pieces of heavy equipment, such as a loader, dozer, or backhoe. </li><li>This job requires the ability to perform essential job tasks in less than favorable job conditions.
