If you're ready to power up your career in an environment built on quality, safety, and innovation-this is the opportunity for you!</p> <p>Hours & Pay:</p> <p>Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with Saturday and overtime as needed)</p> <p>Pay: $20.00/hour</p> <p>Employment Type: Temp-to-hire</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>In this essential role, you'll help keep production moving efficiently and safely by:</p> <ul> <li>Operating manufacturing equipment that prepares, fills, seals, caps, labels, and packages consumer products </li><li>Monitoring product quality and performing routine food safety inspections </li><li>Removing defective materials or finished goods from the line </li><li>Performing basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs </li><li>Cleaning equipment and work areas during and after shifts </li><li>Adhering strictly to safety, quality, and food handling procedures </li></ul> <p>This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our client's production operations.
