<p>Company Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Apparel Design Production Contractor plays a key role in supporting the product development process from concept to production. This position ensures timely execution of deliverables, maintains organization of design assets, and collaborates across teams to achieve seasonal goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6 month contract, with the potential to go full time.</p> <p>This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.</p> <p>What Will You Be Doing?</p> <ul> <li>Develop a strong understanding of the product development process and manage deliverables for each stage. </li><li>Update trimsheets and maintain accuracy throughout the product development process. </li><li>Enter and manage data in PLM and Smart Sheet, including lap dip entries. </li><li>Track fit samples and ensure timely delivery to Design and Tech teams for review prior to fit sessions. </li><li>Prepare materials for daily production needs (i.e. Pantones, submits, artwork). </li><li>Maintain organization of samples, submits, trim boards, and related assets. </li><li>Assist with meeting preparation by assembling chip boards and supplemental visuals. </li></ul> <p>What Do You Need To Bring?</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion, or related experience. </li><li>Experience in PLM systems a plus. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills. </li></ul> <p>Our Company</p> <p>Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.</p> <p>The company operates a family of brands, including Abercrombie & Fitch, YPB, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, each sharing a commitment to offer products of enduring quality and exceptional comfort that support global customers on their journey to being and becoming who they are.
