This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to break into the RPA field and help automate and optimize business processes using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.</p> <p>You'll work closely with business analysts, process owners, and senior RPA developers/Team Lead to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions across the organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the design, development, and testing of RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks </li><li>Work with business teams to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities </li><li>Document process workflows, technical specifications, and automation designs </li><li>Monitor and support existing bots in production, assisting with incident resolution and performance tuning </li><li>Participate in RPA platform configuration and environment setup </li><li>Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure solutions meet business needs </li><li>Stay up to date with RPA best practices, tools, and trends </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Familiarity with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) - certification a plus but not required </li><li>Basic understanding of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, .NET, JavaScript, VBA) </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities </li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the automation space </li></ul> <p>Preferred (but not required):</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with any RPA tool (through school, internship, or personal project) </li><li>Understanding of business process modeling </li><li>Knowledge of APIs, databases, or basic web technologies </li></ul> <p>We take great care of careers.</p> <p>With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
