This role demands a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, exceptional project management capabilities, and the foresight to anticipate and address potential challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.</p> <p>Essential Functions or Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of field solution projects for key strategic customer accounts. </li><li>Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and provide tailored solutions to issues. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. </li><li>Analyze and resolve technical and application problems, developing contingency plans as needed. </li><li>Gather pertinent information from customer reports, field data, and diagnostic tools to accurately identify potential causes of issues alongside other members of the Field Services Team. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative field solutions. </li><li>Monitor field solution project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and report them to appropriate departments. </li><li>Provide regular updates and detailed reports for senior management, sales managers & the customer. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. </li><li>Strong work ethic </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the HVAC industry. </li></ul> <p>Safety/Physical requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work on ladders or step stools </li><li>Requires bending, stooping and standing. </li><li>Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day.?
