If, this sounds like you and the culture you would like to be part of, we invite you to apply to this role.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develops and maintains basic electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas).</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and maintains basic cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Assists with engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).</p> </li><li> <p>Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects data to support the development of statements of work.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in data gathering of supplier capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Individual shall be able to work under general direction</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Authorization:</p> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of experience with wire design/wire harness installation and/or equipment installation.</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of experience working with computer aided design (CAD) such as CATIA, Solidworks, Siemens, NX.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Model-Based Definition (CATIA V5 or higher, Solidworks, Siemens, NX), ENOVIA, and PDM</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using all the Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to quickly adapt to program tools and procedures • Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.</p> </li><li> <p>Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Union statement:</p> <p>This is a not a union-represented position.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
