Makes sure that there is a smooth interaction between the Client, Field Office, and Field Crews with regard to the projects Layout needs.</p> <p>This position will support a large highway construction project Orlando, FL.</p> <p>Responsibilities including but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Adhere to company policies and ensure that employees follow procedures </li><li>Plan daily activities to meet productivity goals </li><li>Plan and execution of surveys </li><li>Watch over the operation field projects, which includes logistic and administrative aspects, in cooperation with the Project manager </li><li>Ensure that the project progresses according to contract </li><li>Coordinate Survey needs between Projects and Field Crews </li><li>Review Contract Drawings/In House drawings prior to distribution to Field Crews </li><li>Compile RFI's For Discrepancies </li><li>Manage As-Builts </li><li>Check/Track field data for accuracy and completeness </li><li>Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values </li><li>And other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 Years supervisory position </li><li>5 Years construction experience </li><li>Terra model and TBC experience </li><li>GPS and Robotic Trimble system preferred </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple jobs/crews </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word </li></ul> <p>#lilanerr</p> <p>Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
