Make It Happen!</p> <p>Position: Mortgage Loan Originator - Savannah area</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>This position assumes a leadership role when it comes to soliciting, quoting, underwriting loans and closing loans. Establishes and maintains relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and other sources of business resulting in new loans for the company.</p> <p>Primary Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers for the sourcing of new business.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage new loans through the system of underwriting, approval, and closing of loans.</p> </li><li> <p>Structures financing and create value for borrowers.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Colony Bank is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
