<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $10,000 FOR NEW COLLEAGUE!* </li></ul> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>Perform all duties associated with staff Respiratory Therapist</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Clinical and general supervision of respiratory therapy and BG Lab operations</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as the key liaison for the respiratory therapy department when manager is not present</p> </li><li> <p>Performs quality audits/data collection as assigned via different methods such as chart reviews, staff interviews</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in the hiring, orientation, and training of the department staff</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Current State of MA Respiratory Therapist License</p> </li><li> <p>Hospital experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>NBRC certification as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) is required. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
