While reporting to the SVP of Finance & Procurement, you will play a key part in driving financial performance through deep analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide critical insights that support executive decision-making and help shape our short- and long-term financial strategy. This position is fully in-office.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis. </li><li>Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership. </li><li>Partner with department leaders to understand financial drivers and deliver actionable insights. </li><li>Influence decisions by translating complex data into clear, concise financial narratives. </li><li>Lead variance analysis and business performance reviews. </li><li>Act as a trusted finance advisor to cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Operations). </li><li>Deliver KPI dashboards, operational performance metrics, and data-driven business recommendations. </li><li>Perform monthly profitability analysis on the plants, products and customers. </li><li>Manufacturing variance analysis and reporting. </li><li>Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus). </li><li>5+ years of experience, preferably in a corporate or strategic finance environment. </li><li>Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>High level of curiosity, ownership, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. </li><li>Advanced Proficiency of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually.</p> <p>We are open to talents of all backgrounds.
