<p>South Denver Surgery Center is hiring an Operating Room RN to join our team!</p> <ul> <li>M-F daytime hours. Each patient, each family, each and every time.</p> <p>OR RN at South Denver Surgery Center:</p> <ul> <li>Assesses plans implements, and evaluates care for all age patients in the operating room </li><li>Provides care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center </li><li>Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members. </li><li>May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, which include, but are not limited to, serving on committees, and participating in quality improvement audits and projects. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. </li><li>Currently licensed in the state of Colorado. </li><li>CPR is required </li><li>Advanced life support certification is required. </li><li>One year of experience is required in an intra-operative setting. </li><li>Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities. </li><li>Physically and emotionally capable of performing the responsibilities of the position.Previous experience in Orthopedic and Spine preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>USPI offers the following benefits, subject to employment status:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Employee discount program </li><li>USPI provides paid leave in accordance with applicable law </li></ul> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
