The role will develop and execute near and long-term sales and lead generation strategies across various channels to ensure sales targets are met. This includes hiring, onboarding, and developing a supervisor and a team of Sales Representatives, and providing ongoing direct oversight and management of the team. The Manager will be integral in driving the launch, growth, and retention of the plans and establishing and increasing market share.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Build and refine territories based on network and Sales Representatives' strengths. </li><li>Join Sales Representatives as needed in conducting one-on-one meetings, presentations, and informational sessions. </li><li>Identify and pursue new opportunities with channels such as providers and CBOs and develop strong, long-lasting relationships. </li><li>Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to direct reports as well as colleagues across DSNP Sales. </li><li>Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager to identify and implement strategies that maximize growth and retention opportunities across both lines of business. </li><li>Develop and manage relationships with Brokers alongside Supervisor. </li><li>Ensure all sales and enrollment activities are compliant with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>At least 5-7 years of experience in sales, healthcare, or insurance with a focus on government markets </li><li>At least 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. </li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. </li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>This role will eventually have 7 direct reports (6 Field Reps and 1 Supervisor) </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role, which includes remote work from home and occasional travel in the field for potential clients </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Remote</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
